Relax! Your next adventure is right before you. It will feed your soul and satisfy you when you let it. More and more, you will allow it, trust it, and trust yourself.
You have the great opportunity to recognize the gift in this time you've had. You also have a choice to love and forgive yourself, which is probably the more important gift.
Your gift of empathy is just that—a gift. But in the past, you also used it as a weapon against yourself, reinforcing your patterns of not making yourself a priority and, therefore, keeping you in the victim role while believing you are not worthy of love and happiness.
This is a new day and a new recognition of who you truly are—vibrant, fully alive, and authentically yourself. Give yourself a bit of time to catch up. You will.
