Following the Breadcrumbs

I remember that Love is not just in all of this, but is all of It. And I remember that my past experiences of pain, fear, anxiety, and stress do not have to define the here and now. Why? Because Love is All There Is. Love is not defined by the past or limited by an outcome. Love is Infinite, Creative, and Now. Now is always where Love Is. Now Is, and I AM.

When I remember This in my morning practice, I can and do re-member more throughout my day. I breathe more consciously. I detach my personal feelings from difficult situations. I take more mindful moments. I allow solutions and answers to come into my awareness. I am more in the flow.

And when I am more in the flow of Life and Love, those around me are as well. It seems that people seek me out to discover their own solutions and answers. I get my personality—my ego—out of the way and allow others to find, or become aware of, the solution or Truth. Sometimes It comes through prayer. When I let go of having to be right and truly embrace that there is always a solution, opportunity, or answer for every situation, I realize it doesn't have to come from me. I simply allow it to come more easily. I let it flow.

We live in a world of duality. Everything seems to come back to duality. I was just about to say that it's important to let that four-year-old girl who still lives inside me feel pleased, worthy, and enough, while also knowing that, in Truth, I Am this One Energy that is Love Itself. All answers and solutions flow from This and serve all of Life.

Yes, I spent years in meditation and prayer to prepare me for this moment, but really, I just followed the breadcrumbs. It was my Higher Self—Love—calling me forward, and this time I happened to listen. Love is everyone's highest and best, always Now. I breathe and let Now be satisfying and enough. And it is.

I am so grateful for this passion and energy. Part of this gratitude is recognizing the feeling of worthiness—the feeling of wholeness and aliveness. In these moments, I almost feel invincible, as though I can do anything and everything that is mine to do. I am thrilled, excited, and honored to do it—whatever it is: clean the toilet, brush my teeth, print reports, or make phone calls. There is also a deep clarity that all of it is sacred and holy. There are no mistakes, so I am able to give myself a break and treat myself and others with the gentleness and kindness that we deserve.

When I am in this Clarity and Love, I realize that this body is my temporary home. It is lovely and comfortable and so much more than I have given it credit for. I have limited its experiences based on my past and on what I have been told I should expect. Yet this body is Infinite Energy in form. It is Love, Source Energy, playing April for a while in this beautiful human form.
