Don’t believe a word of it. Not from me, nor from anyone in authority or anyone who claims to have the answers. If the words I have spoken or written resonate with you, great. If not, wonderful. If something I have said challenges you on some level, fantastic!

If you are unsure, but something sounds appealing, try it on and see if it fits. You don’t have to claim it as yours if it doesn’t work for you.

We are individualized expressions of the One. This is your life. You get to say what works in your world. I am not here to convert, save, or convince you of anything. I share from the understanding that, since we are Unified Wholeness, some of my experiences and insights might support you on your own path.

This is simply a collection of ideas, experiences, and wisdom that came through me. I offer them freely. Take what serves you and leave the rest.
